Haworth 40′s Weekend

The annual 40′s weekend takes place in Haworth on May 19th / 20th.

The weekend features a fly past by the Battle of Britain memorial flight. Whilst this fly past is dependant upon the weather, it is scheduled for the planes to be over Haworth on Saturday 19th at 2pm.

Battle of Britain Memorial Flight

Last years 40′s weekend featured:

  • Numerous military vehicles
  • A fly past by a spitfire
  • Bradford Marching Band
  • “Winston Churchill” addressing the crowds

There will, no doubt, be lots of uniforms, militaria and suchlike on show over the weekend along with opportunities to buy 40′s related items.
